  I can’t say enough about Trevor Park. Very knowledgeable, his expertise in the business speaks for itself! Trevor went above & beyond in providing superb service & it’s hard to find trustworthy people these days but instantly with Trevor u can feel that connection that he’s not just trying to sell u something, he cares & his honesty shows in the info provided & we need more people like him. If I had to give a 10 star rating I would for the service Trevor provided. He has 1 happy customer & if this review helps others in making their decision, choose Trevor because you won’t be disappointed!!!

  Aaron S. From Bell Brothers got our house at the end of the day because we had Debris back up in our shower. He went to the drain on the outside of the house and was able to clear it within a few minutes. All that and they only charged us $69. They do want to come back and quote us some extra work they think needs to be done, but my husband and I are senior citizens and on a fixed income and We can’t afford more work at this time. Anyway, We would Recommend Aaron’s Work and his courteous demeanor.

  We called Bell Brothers to replace our old water heater. Michael was professional and very informative about the selection of water heater. So he scheduled it to be replaced completed within 2 hours after talking and meeting with him. The scheduled time was between 2pm -3pm yesterday 01/08/26, but no one ever came. I called the customer care line to see if they were still gonna come and do the scheduled job. But I felt like I was just being given the run around. They said they would call back ASAP but never did. I had to call them back multiple times but same response. Until to this moment nothing has been done nor a call back was given. I just wanted to know if our installation is being rescheduled to when and what time, but still nothing. It’s just very frustrating that it’s bad enough we haven’t had hot water in over 48 hours, but since we are club members we were told this would be done right away, but still nothing. Hopefully we can a response back of any kind Jerome

  Marvin was very knowledgeable and took care of everything promptly and diligently. We had some good conversation during the diagnosis process. Glad to have a personable and very respectful technician in my home. He took care of some last minute things I brought up about our furnace /AC systems and at the end, was very clear about the diagnostic results and maintenance plans. Highly recommend this technician - we've always been happy with our Bell Brothers technicians and services. Again, Marvin - congratulations on your new babe! Thank you for your service - both in my home and in support of our country.

  Cody came out to check my old water heater. He checked the water pressure first before he sat down with me. He explained the process in detail using medical terminology sometimes so that I could understand better since I am the retired RN. I thought Cody was very smart to explain things and answered my questions. He was also pleasant and thoughtful. He even changed the batteries from my hardwired smoke detectors since I am a single Senior who didn’t know how. I made the final decision to go with Bell Brothers because I liked their 10 year warranty and membership. But mostly because of Cody’s pleasant and thoughtful nature wanting to help people especially a senior who needed help. I got sold out by Cody!! lol Thank you Cody!!🙏
