We had our HVAC system replaced a year ago, 11/2024. It was freezing in the house and we called Bell Brothers. They replaced our furnace and AC unit. They did have to add some duct work around the new furnace and build a new stand for it to sit on because the new one wasn't lining up.They had said that the other duct work was in good shape. Today, almost a year to the day, now the other duct work needs to be replaced. They cannot even repair it? What a joke 🤣 I'm not to happy with the "No surprise guy's!" Here's the surprise! It'll cost another $6,000 to 12,000 to have them replace it. SURPRISE!!!! Guess $20,000+ a year ago isn't enough. Don't forget the annual warranty charges? Here's the Big Surprise....if we don't fix or replace our other duct work, it's going to affect our HVAC system and warranty. Again, SURPRISE!!! I'm surprised and disappointed in the way this company is trying to squeeze more $$$ out of this. Nothing has changed in the 1 year we have had it. No flooding or extreme weather because it's in the basement. It passed on Bell Brothers testing and the City's testing. It has been undisturbed. They even came out several months ago to service the AC unit. If I wasn't grateful to be warm and cool, I would give them a lower rating!

If I could give Bell Brother, a zero stars, I sure would. In early October I had them come out to take a look at a water heater that I had that was only 14 months old that was emitting a sulfur smell. The Technician practically hung out talking on the phone, acting like he was checking the water heater and after three hours told me that there was an issue, but could not specifically tell me what it was And also told me that they couldn’t warranty the water heater because they had not installed it Therefore selling me on an all electric water heater replacing the heat pump water heater that I already had installed and had already paid $5000 for 14 months before. I felt cornered so I agreed to have a new water heater installed and also added a halo water system to prevent a sulfur smell from happening again. I later found out that any licensed contractor can warranty any water heater, regardless of who installed it. At the day of the installation I was told that I would be without water for four hours and it took him seven hours. I did not approve them to cut a big giant hole in my wall in my finished garage and they did so without my permission and what against the original design that we had agreed on . The technician took it upon himself to make that call instead of asking myself as the homeowner For permission. I had two pretty much supervised from that point on to ensure they weren’t gonna cause any further damage to my home and had to pretty much escalate the issue of the giant hole in my wall to get them to repair it because they didn’t want to repair the hole in the wall they want to leave it as they had made it in the hole was 2’ x 3‘. Installation day was full of surprises and I was pretty disgruntled and upset and had to review everything that they had done to ensure it was installed correctly and I was told that my halo water system would be started up in 18 hours and they left after eight hours of being in my home, leaving me without water the entire time. That evening we tasted the water and became sick due to the fact that they had contaminated the water with soldering and some other stuff. The next morning, I called to speak to the manager, and the manager was very aggressive and upset and yelling at me over my concerns. I asked him to come out and inspect the water and review the poor workmanship they had performed upon his arrival he determined that the water wasn’t safe to drink and suggested that I did not use the water for drinking Due to the contaminants in the water. They told me the contaminants would be cleared up after the halo water filtration system would turn on and that would be another 48 hours so they left me without drinking water for 2 1/2 days and mentioned they would bring me water bottle so I can consume which they never did. After all of these concerns I requested for them to show me the initial water heater report for my original water heater that had been replaced to find out what was wrong with it and it’s been a month and a half and they still have not provided me with the initial report proving that the water heater that previously had that they removed was indeed not working properly so I feel like I was gimmick and they just did this to push us all to make their commission. I am highly upset that still today. I’ve been waiting for the manager to call me back to make things right and they have not made any effort to call me. I have called them and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone . I am very disappointed because I have been a Bell Bros Member for 13 years and I had only worked with them with the HVAC system and they had been great . Provided white glove service for the HVAC. So I thought and expected the same service specially after they charged me over $13,000 for this job And it has been a complete nightmare, the hot water from the water heater that they installed runs out after 15 minutes in the shower. I am incredibly disappointed and rather upset. If I don’t hear back within a week from Bell Bros senior level management, I will pursue legal action.

I needed maintenance on my heater and have not been happy with other local HVAC businesses over the years so I decided to go with a bigger well known company, Bell Brothers. From start to finish the experience was superb. The technician Richard V. texted me about 30 minutes before arrival which gave me ample time to be ready for him. He was happy, smiling, informed, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do step by step. It is so refreshing to have someone come to your house to perform maintenance that is actually personable and positive. I'm sure he took a bit longer than his supervisors wanted at our house, however it was well worth it for both me and Bell Brothers. He informed me of the Bell Rewards program and all its benefits. I promptly joined, which provides Bell an annual reoccurring revenue (Great Job Richard), but also provides me with a long list of Membership benefits of Free annual 18-point furnace tune-up Free annual 26-point A/C tune-up 11-point Plumbing Safety Inspection HVAC Repair Discounts: 25% off Plumbing Discounts Diagnostic Charge Only $19 instead of $99 Drain Clearing Only $57 Additional Product Discounts 24-Hour HVAC Repair Response 100% of Bell Rewards Payment Credit All too often companies try to sell you something you don't need or does not benefit you. The Bell Rewards program is well worth the $263.40 I paid for the year. The free furnace and A/C tune-ups are worth it alone. And if any other services or repairs are needed throughout the year you are saving even more. With the cost of replacing an A/C or furnace at all time highs, maintaining them is vital to extending their life. I recommend Bell Brothers to anyone in need of the above listed services and have requested that Richard V. exclusively be the technician to work on our house. Thank you Bell Brothers for being such an outstanding company and thank you to Richard V. for his amazing customer service. -Kevin B.

I may have paid over $1,200 but my technician found and fixed my water leak same day and also fixed my shower drain and a few pipes fittings that had been broken. I have a home warranty company I use but the plumber they sent me was T&N plumbing and he would not go under my mobile home to evaluate the issue because it was raining keep in mind it was dry under there. That's their policy, so how can he asses the issue to send a report to the insurance company. I have a water leak in a mobile home I want it fixed NOW so after the first plumber came out and his evaluation was it's drainage problem. Had he gone under my home to properly evaluate my water leak he might, might have discovered the issue not to mention he failed to file a report to my insurance company. I was so mad 😠 😡 I called BELL BROTHER'S and put me on a schedule for Monday morning. The technician arrived and from the time he arrived and understood my concerns within 5 minutes he found the problem because he went under my home and yes it was raining. The problem turned out to be the water line to my refrigerator, it had a fine pine hole in it which was hitting the wall at the floor and leaking outside through the siding into the carport. I also had my shower drain replaced. Bell Brothers came through and got the job done same day so I'm not mad about the price I paid. Fast and friendly service led to a $50 tip. I also signed up for hvac service Heating up Air. Thank you Bell Brothers.

James, the technician was professional and did an excellent job! However, the contract was signed in October with all items needed for written on the order. When James showed up at 8 in the morning as per scheduled contract time he didn't have a copy of the contract/work order to refer to that the company should have provided. So, therefore I showed him mine. He then had to go look for the toilets that should have already been ordered and on his work truck. This took a few hours for him to locate them which had me sitting around wasting my day. Once he located the items it then took 2/3 hours more to install the product due to unforeseen issues. I then asked if he could have his manager call me by the end of business which he said he talked to him and should receive a call. However, at the time of this review I still have yet to get that call. So, unfortunately I have gotten a few surprises. I would give 5 stars if the communication was better in the company, the work provided was great! The communication is lacking and the fact that I had to miss work for an entire day because of it is not acceptable.
