Giovanni was supposed to come out, and we got an automated text saying he was on his way — but never received any update afterward. I called Friday and never got a call back. By the third time I reached out to the office, I finally got a call from the technician, who told me they can’t relocate the unit because the pipe runs underground — even though that’s exactly what we were under contract for and what the estimate covered. We got the estimate months ago, and apparently they discovered this issue a long time back but never informed us. Other companies are able to handle this kind of relocation, and now that our pool is being installed, timing is critical. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience — the kind of problem that can happen with a large company: multiple dispatchers, no one knowing the full story, no direct contact with the technician, and unreliable automated texts that don’t always reflect what’s really happening. I repeatedly tried to update the contact info so they’d call me instead of my wife (who’s unavailable during the day), but they kept calling her anyway, which only made things worse. At this point, I regret ever calling Villara.
