I've been a loyal Bell Brothers customer for 5 years and decided to get a second opinion because I wasn't happy with the most recent service call. I've canceled my Bell Brothers membership and I am joining Villara. Bell Brothers has been acquired by a larger organizations and Villara provides a better more personalized experience. They listened to my needs and gave me all the options I asked for at a reasonable price. They couldn't repair my AC system due to obsolete parts but showed me where it failed. They covered multiple options for replacement. I knew 5 years ago that my system was at the end of its life cycle. I would recommend them to my family and neighbors as a trustworthy and reliable HVAC company.

David Barliss has provided me with unusually excellent service on several occasions over the last five years and my experience today was consistent with that. I asked him to look at a more complicated water heating and distribution question, and he got into it very deep, and will now think about a more thorough going response, and make a proposal to address our needs. For residential work, I give you my highest recommendation.
