It has now been **15 days**, and the rental is STILL sitting in our yard, despite multiple calls and follow-ups. We've been calling **several times a day** for over a week, and every time we’re promised they will pick it up within a specific time frame—yet no one ever shows up. There has been **absolutely no communication** or follow-through from their staff, leaving us with a used porta potty sitting in our yard. This is not only a major inconvenience but also extremely unprofessional. I would **never** recommend United Site Services to anyone. Their lack of reliability and complete disregard for customer service has been incredibly frustrating. **Save yourself the headache and find a more professional company to do business with.**

When I arrive the day after expected delivery at the job site, I had to call them to ask where it was. By the way, they had half of the full charge already. They had lost the order. I thought I was being scammed! They finally delivered a day late. When I called for reimbursement for the day not delivered, I was informed they charge me for the amount of time no matter what day they deliver. She said, "we still charge the same amount no matter what day it is delivered!!" Incredulous. Beware!

I called and made a complaint, and was told it would be cleaned in a couple days, and it has not. I was told it is supposed to be cleaned once a week, and that is clearly what has not been happening here.

Upgrades, like flushing toilet restrooms or restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals. A.D.A. accessible restrooms might be required for your public event, large or small.
