  I had a very expensive repair and installation of a light done in my kitchen in February 2024. Today the light that was installed is malfunctioning. I called to have it repaired and was immediately told that their work is only guaranteed for one year. All I am being offered is a $99.00 charge to have someone come out and see what is wrong and if I agree to pay for the light they installed to be repaired I will have my $99.00 consultation fee returned. I will not use this company again and will not recommend using them to anyone because they do not stand behind their work.

  Martin knocked it out of the park. We have a complicated Touch plate system (Low Voltage). he came in and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour repaired the whole system rerouted a switch, very professional, personal and easy to get along with. He and Jesus kept the work area clean ,even with all the rain, and we rate them an 11, on a scale of 1-10 !!!!! Very pleased indeed!!!!!!!!!!!

  Jordan and his partner did an excellent job in a matter of a few hours. The lighting inside my home is brighter with adding and switching out the recess lights and bringing the wiring for the light switch up to safety code. Thank you for your great customer service to include the wire inspection and checking the electrical panel outside my home and to include fixing and placing the panel cover back onto the unit after I thought it was broken. Thanks for keeping my family and home safe. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Jordan! 🙂

  This company confirmed my exact time appointment, not a time frame, an exact time. I had a missed call an hour before they were supposed to be here and when I called back, Sam, told me that since I didn’t answer he would send someone when they could. Which could be over the next 3 hours. He told me that it wasn’t his fault I didn’t answer and I’d have to wait. I explained that I can’t wait for 3 hours and that’s why I scheduled the exact time. He said it was too bad. O told him I’d find another electrician and he hung up. What TERRIBLE customer service. I’d already been warned about this company and their service. Should have listened the first time.

  Buyer Beware! If you have more money than Elon Musk than give them a call, otherwise, find someone else. I consulted with them on two separate issues, both off which came back with eye popping estimates. In one case, I just needed them to replace a couple of failed circuit breakers, and they told me the entire panel needed replacing, ($4,800). What?? I called another company that replaced ALL of the breakers for $580. The other thing, you know you are being over charged when you don't have the work done right away, and the company suddenly contacts you with a "10% discount". I guess if you do decide to still go with the company, at least wait a week or so and get your 10% off. (I guess that being said, if you use them, 10% doesn't really make a difference one way or the other.......)
