The whole experience was excellent. The lady on the phone was very efficient at setting the appointment. The wonderful Victor turned up and explained everything he needed to do to try to solve the problem. A new part needed to be ordered and Victor went through the costs and work involved for next steps. Overall a good experience.

The best experience I have had with the company in a long time. From the very first call to the scheduling of the appointment to the following up of the tech contact information. The technician appeared on time. personable, professional, and knew what his job.
My appreciation with gratitude for such service.

Mini Split install
Really disorganized. Bumpy beginning of project with being told different information. Got that worked out and now dealing with more poor customer service at end of job.
Unit did not pass permitting. Can’t get anyone to return phone calls and get very simple requirements done. Once a rep called and asked if someone could come out that day and do the work. I said yes immediately and the rep read off what needed to be done (kill switch and foam in hosing/pipe to prevent rodents). He said he would be there in 60 to 90 minutes. Three hours later tech showed up and asked what needed to be done, had no idea and then told me he wasn’t there to do the work since he didn’t know what needed to be done, he just came by to verify the work, the work that was in the inspection notes entered by city inspector.
After multiple calls got killed switch done.
Rep also told me they had been trying to reach me via phone, it’s 2025 and there is a thing called call logs and voice mail.
Update
After posting this review, I got a call that today. Apologies were made, and I had scheduled the final work for the next week, window 8am to 10am. They offered to move it up but I could not due to my schedule. Day of, 10:15am I called since no one came out. At 11:45 I got a call, said tech was on way and would be there in about an hour. Sorry, could not wait up to 3 hours after window time. More excuses and apologies. Scheduled for next day. Tech showed up on time, when he was leaving we talked and I went to look at what he did. The work he did was not what was noted that needed to be done for inspection!!! Just needed the foam done! I asked him if he was at my home before, he was, he was the electrical tech that added the kill switch and said he could not do the foam requirement because he was the electrician. He ended up having someone deliver the foam that was needed and did the job.
Now just need to get reinspected. Tech said they will call me, now feeling confident

Daniel was dispatched to diagnose my HVAC, which had been kicking off and blowing neutral air prior to reaching my temperature settings. My previous HVAC vendor had been here 10 times+ (sometimes 8 hrs at a time), replaced the compressor & other parts, and each & every time, told me that they’d fixed the problem, but a day later, the unit would once again fail. So I called Brody Pennell for a second opinion. After inspecting the unit, Daniel, the technician, told me that my previous vendor couldn’t repair it because they had pretty much botched it beyond the point of repair. Bad news: my new HVAC unit will cost around $15k. Good news: I’ll no longer paying my previous vendor thousands of dollars to pretend to repair something that can’t be fixed.

Update: after being told we’d be rescheduled to Monday, they again did not show up or call letting us know they’d not make it.
We've heard great things about this company, read the reviews, and were recommended this company through a family member.
So we called to schedule a walk through with them to install a new AC system. Initially it was 2-5 pm on a Friday, which became 3-6, then after 6pm, then after 7pm before they rescheduled to Saturday 8-12. Then we were told they couldn't make it at 10 on Saturday and were rescheduled to Sunday 8-12. And again we were cancelled on saying now it would be Monday.
The operator on the last call told us they realistically were never available these times and not sure why others would have booked us for those times, which is so frustrating.
I've never had to work so hard to give a company my business.
If they ever show up and perform the work I'll update this review based on how it goes.
