Ruben Medina arrived on time and quickly surveyed the situation from our description and the conditions and determined the likely cause of the problem. He was friendly but professional and efficient, confirming the cause and dealing with a part which had failed. After replacing it, he made sure through restarting and subsequent testing that the system was operating normally.
We were completely satisfied with Ruben's work and him personally.

Let me state, first, that it would be an injustice to limit my comments about the service we have received from Brody Pennell to what has been provided by Rosendo Valdez, and the two fellows of his installation crew on January 2nd. I have to add the initial contact we had with technician, Daniel, and his manager, Brett. Collectively, these five gentlemen were not only excellent representatives of the company, they were also great lightening rods for the practice of customer serve in general. In all cases, their professionalism was tempered with culture of care, comfort, and concern for what we needed and what the company could provide, all in an effort to close the gap between where we were when we initially contacted Brody Pennell and where we wished to be in addressing the issue with heating our home. The character of their work easily surpassed the goal of meeting the needs of our household, going hand in hand with meeting their responsibilities as company employees providing a product to the public.

We talk about Christmas miracles, this was nearly a Christmas nightmare. My tenant reported the furnace wasn't heating. There were some clogged and rusted parts causing it to not ignite properly. Brody came in and said they could not repair or clean the parts, but rather would need to replace THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. They quoted me just under $15,000 to repair. Meanwhile all three of my other units were working fine (same system setup). I got a second opinion. The other company cleaned and replaced the non-working parts and fixed it for $450. I dont know if the Brody tech they sent didnt know what to do, or if this is how they do business to make money, but I won't be back again. BUYER BEWARE.

I was reluctant to hire Brody Pennel because they charge you a $95 visit fee regardless if they solve the problem or not. And that fee is not even credit towards the repairs bill if they fix it. But because of their high ratings in Google, I went ahead with them.
Unfortunately, I am surprised at how bad their service has been and how that is different from what I expected from their ratings.
They first came on Nov 24th to check my heating that wasn’t working. After some analysis the technician informed me that the issue was not enough gas pressure and that I had to call the Gas Company. I did. The Gas Company was quickly able to troubleshoot over the phone and told me that the diagnostic they offered made no sense because everything else gas powered in the house worked fine. I called Brody Pennel again and explained. They sent the technician back, who immediately after entering my house said that he made a mistake on his analysis. Hours after, he said he “thinks” the issue is wither a sensor or the whole panel. Not very reassuring answer. Anyway, he said he was going to order the sensor first to replace and test. It’s now December 10th. I’ve called them multiple times and they still are not able to give me a date when they will have the part to fix my heating system. I have also signed for their yearly maintenance, which they promptly charged me but haven’t performed the maintenance yet because they need to fix it first. It’s winter, I have a baby, and the heating hasn’t worked in weeks. Yet, Brody Pennel doesn’t even put in the effort to call me and give me a date to fix and perform maintenance services that I have already paid for.
My experience could be an exception judging from their Google ratings, but the reality is that they have show to not be knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I’d stay away!
