- PSP SNov 11, 20255.0My mom suddenly lost hot water in her house. I live 250 miles away. It was Saturday. Her usual plumber wasn't available. A-1 plumbing had great reviews so I called them. Alice was wonderful and understanding on the phone. They couldn't come out Saturday but she was able to schedule my mom's job the next morning on Sunday. Brian was delayed getting to my mom's house so the office called me twice to keep me updated on his arrival. Once Brian got to the house he called me to direct him to the water heater outside the house. He sent me a video of the problem along with pictures. He gave me a reasonable estimate of the work to be done which was change everything as the water heater was beyond repair. I was able to sign off the job quote via email. When the new unit was installed and functional, he sent me pictures of the work. I was able to pay on-line. The service was impeccable. I would be very happy to use A-1 again for our plumbing needs.
