And the price was the best from 6 different big and small companies. The crew was very professional laying down tarps to walk on and wearing shoe covers while walking in the house. We also wanted everything relocated to the attic. This meant creating access, moving equipment, adding electrical, insulating, pulling permits — the whole nine yards. What seemed overwhelming to us, Robert and his team at AirPoint made it look easy. I had already gotten quotes from Costco and another company, but we happened to meet Robert and his family at a local event. He came out, reviewed our home, and recommended changes that made way more sense for our setup than the original 60-year-old layout. His quote was very competitive, and it felt great supporting a local business. AirPoint did an excellent job — clean, organized, professional, and finished on time. They answered every question we had and followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. UPDATE (3 years later): I just realized I never posted this review back then. Well, after three years, everything is still running perfectly. We had a small issue caused by a city employee (they unplugged a fuse and didn’t reinstall it correctly), and AirPoint came out quickly and fixed it. Their service has been consistently excellent, and I’ve confidently recommended them to family — two relatives have used AirPoint since and had the same great experience. Thank you, AirPoint Team!

In two days, even with rain and wind, they removed old HVAC systems and ductwork and installed new quieter and energy efficient replacements. Technicians were on time , knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. They were respectful of our home and thoroughly cleaned up both days. Highly recommend this locally owned business.
