- VLVincent Largoza4 days ago4.0Prodigy lost a star this time. Needed more plumbing work done on my home due to the discovery of some cheap jerry rigged piping done by the previous owners. Having used Prodigy before and being impressed with their work, I didn't hesitate to hit them up first. That said, we needed to replace some old galvanized pipes to copper. The original inspection and estimate were done cordially and professionally. The work done was great and solid. Again, they were respectful of the house, to me, my wife, and my kid. Putting down tarps and wearing booties to protect my flooring and such. The only reason they lose a start this time around was due to horrendous communication. After the estimate was signed, I was cancelled on twice and had a no show on one day. And one cancellation and the no show happened when there was unfinished work from the previous day. It was only after my constant calling and prodding -- being told I would receive a callback only for it to never come -- that at the end of the day, a field manager finally got back to me and personally gave me an ETA of when the work would be completed. Again, the work was great. Where Prodigy dropped the ball (hard) was when it came to communicating with me.
