  Marcos and Patrick were fantastic! They were very informative and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing on the roof. At first we couldn’t pinpoint the issue, but Shaw’s guaranteed that if the problem persisted, they’d come back out with no additional diagnostic charge. Patrick returned, found the cause, and even showed me photos of what he discovered. The part has been ordered, and the installation is scheduled in a couple of days. All I can say is these guys were far more professional than the “other company” we used last time. If you want the best, call Shaw’s Home Comfort!

  Emily, Aramis, and all of the staff at Shaw’s are incredibly over the top. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism, respect, and customer service that they provide. I still cannot believe how friendly the staff was. Also, the amount of information that was provided to me with not only my current HVAC and ducting but available options were on another level of service. Aramis provided information from start to finish that was indicative of Tolkien level detail and explanation. Shaw’s staff seems to really want to empower the customer to the point of they are now armed with terms and industry knowledge to better serve them and to also hold other heating and cooling contractors and businesses accountable. I cannot stress enough how awesome Aramis was. Please continue this business model as it will ensure many new customers and retain many loyal, already established ones for years to come.

  We intrusted Shaw's with a big project for our home to have the whole house repiped. The plumbers that they sent were Juan Cabrera and Peter Quintanilla. They were such wonderful men treated us and our home with such respect. It was such a pleasure to have them here doing such a extensive job. They took the time to explain everything to us no matter how simple if my husband or I asked they would explain. Always cleaned up after every day. When the job done explained the billing and everything with us. We would, of course, recommend Shaw's to everyone! Thank you again!

  We had to shut down the water to the house to stop an uncontrollable leak. Erik arrived earlier than promised and made quick assessment of our plumbing crisis. I explained how I considered trying to make a repair, but he assured me (as l thought) I didn’t have the correct tools to do so. He clearly explained what he needed to do and went right to it. I thought after the repair, he was done. He continued by doing a process to safely return water to the house. He was almost embarrassingly thorough in cleaning and drying the area involved. I was completely satisfied with Erik’s service and asked for estimates on future water projects at our house. He obliged without hesitation. I soon received a detailed estimate by email to review. Awesome!

  10/10 experience! Came out and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, told me what he think I needed and then ordered the part! Part took about 2 weeks (nothing to do with them it was Bosch company that took that long, plus it’s a motherboard so I expected that type of wait time) but as soon as it was shipped he came and did it in about 2 hours! Very fair pricing especially since another company was trying to charge me 10x the amount! Would recommend to anyone who is having hvac problems to GO WITH SHAW!
