  I cannot say enough great things about Erik Hansen. He was very professional and courteous from the get go. We explained the issue, he listened and gave us a detailed recommendation for the best path to take, along with the estimate. You can tell that both Erik and Shaw's Home Comfort care more about providing quality service to those they serve. We would highly recommend Erik and Shaw's Comfort Care to anyone who needs it!

  Our heat wasn’t kicking over, called Shaws and within 4 hours I had a tech at my house. Went with a full system placement, and thanks to Jose and Carlos my house has functioning HVAC about 40 hours after my initial call. They came in, replaced the whole thing in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Truly a great experience and you should definitely sign up for the penguin priority

  Zack is very friendly, professional and he knows what he’s doing. I was quite hesitant about calling this company because Google said it has been in business in Fresno for 1 year. I am glad I did. It turned out that this company has multiple locations in nearby cities such as in Lemoore etc and has been in business for over 20 years. The technician came out the same day to clean my dryer vent/duct. I will hire them again for any plumbing or AC needs in the future.

  A little more transparency on their website with respect to making appointments would be nice. On their website, it seems very convenient to book an appointment. However, what they don't tell you though, is that its nearly $100 to get that estimate. Had I known, I wouldn't of never wasted my time booking with them. Got 3 other estimates today from 3 other reputable companies and none of them charged. 1 other one only charged $49. Their reviews on Yelp on top of this leads me to really question their honesty and integrity. Its dissapointing cause I always thought very highly of this company before based on their radio ads. Seems like Jeff and Annete do not always live up to what they say on their radio ads. Its all just designed to earn your initial and instant trust only to feel betrayed or overcharged afterwards.

  Erik H is the man. Game started, 1st play of the game, BOOM! Touchdown. The opponent did fight back though and things went back and forth as the 1st quarter came to close, but Erik the resilient pulled through and efficiently closed things further stretching the lead to end the 1st half. Things did take a then as the 3rd quarter approached as the opponent fought and clawed their way back... Even take the lead after a score and a quick turnover they caused and just before you knew it, 4th quarter approached. Back and forth between both as they exchanged possessions with not much to give on either side and as the opponent maintained the lead heading to end the 4th, Erik had one last shot. One last moment. One last possession. Back into his own territory he layed it all on the line and the grind began that he was able to muster over the opponent territory on their side of the 50. Closing 40 seconds of the game and another gain of yards as he was now in the opponent redzone area inside the 10 yard line. Final 4 seconds by this time and as the final hike was taken, Erik dropped back, shook his defender and delivered the game winning pass to his teammate to close out the game in victory. Talk about clutch!
