- MHMitchell HendersonOct 17, 20251.0They did me wrong. I bought a tractor from them. It supposedly on had 50 hours on the new engine. After spending 60k and it having an oil leak. I had them get after it. Well 9k later the engine still ran like crap. After a couple of years battling it out with them they took it in to rebuild the engine. Got it back, it still ran like crap. Had an independent diesel mechanic check out out. Finding was bad compression in all cylinders. His report indicates the engine was not rebuilt. In fact he pulled a 5 gallon bucket of oil soaked rags from under the engine.
- WWW. WebsterSep 29, 20255.0I recently had a huge problem taking apart a boom cylinder on a JD 210LE that had a huge hydraulic fluid leak. The gland nut and snap ring were basically rust welded inside the front end of the cylinder. I visited Lakeside, Ca. John Deere RDO and met with the service manager to ask for help removing the snap Ring and gland nut. Without hesitation, the service manager assigned a shop tech to help me with the job using their equipment. After about an hour of their time, we were able to remove the seized snap ring and gland nut. We also had to use a ceiling mounted crane and pulley system to remove the Rod. I replaced the O-Rings and reinstalled the rod. No more leak! Thanks RDO Service Team. Wil Webster
