Explained everything, and even spent time to fix a clogged pipe. I will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to all. They also give discounts for seniors.

Luckily we called because he said there was an issue with the truck and had to cancel and reschedule for following Thursday (tomorrow). Called on Tuesday to make sure he was still coming on Thursday and he said yes. He called today and said he needed to cancel and was not going to come up due to the road. He knew from the start what the road was like. We could have used another company in the mean time and had it done already. Definitely would not recommend this company.
