On thumbtack they show $0 service call and yet charge $45 when they showed up. Not too straight forward in their word and practice. Said they would check my attic and didn't with the service call fee. So over promised and under delivered before even a job was promised. I'd reconsider before you should contact them. My job was supposed to be fixing a door bell wire and they just quoted $550 out of thin air. No explanation as to why they justify this amount, no hourly rate, material or labor breakdown. Don't let them take you for a ride.
