He really took time in checking. The slab detection person was nice too. Lastly, Jesus who replaced the pipe and finished the work was really nice and I even asked for a military discount which I forgot to ask in the beginning. Plumbing issue is really expensive. It was my first time to deal with plumbing so I don't really know the usual pricing if it's overpriced or not. I hope I won't ever need to call them again.🤞But overall, I thank you guys for your quick action!

Javier Balladares was the plumber who came out and he did a great job. The work turned out to be a bit more involved than was expected, but he was friendly, good humored, worked hard, and left the place clean and spotless. It is clear that he is as an experienced tradesman. Highly recommend.

Technician Omar showed up and only snaked the one of the toilets at first—didn’t bother with any connecting lines until I specifically asked him to (like why do I have to tell you to do the bare minimum). Even then, he didn’t fix the issue at all, but still charged me a whopping $700. On top of that, he claimed the problem required major work costing $8,600, which felt like a total upsell since he barely took the time to properly diagnose or explore the root cause. Frustrated, I hired another plumber from All American Plumbing, and they quickly unclogged the connecting drain for just $150. Those guys were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional—I highly recommend using them instead! To make matters worse, while I was paying, Omar started asking super personal questions about my life, like if I was married or had kids. It was weird and made me feel really uncomfortable. Then he handed me his card with his personal number scribbled on the back. Totally unprofessional and creepy. Avoid this place at all costs! Sent numerous email about this, but dead silence from the company.
