I just stopped by to buy an Item and you guys had one item and the box is open. I asked the casher if we can get a discount so the casher asked a manager if we can get a discount. The manager replied and I quoted “ are you buying the box or the product in the box” really is this how you guys talk to your customers! No respect at all.

I've been getting my hardware and supplies here for more than 10 years. The people who work here know their stuff and are always willing to help. Now I will have to drive to Lemon Grove or El Cajon and shop at The Home Depot where the employees are grumpy and have no idea what they are selling.
