  Overall Satisfaction: There are a lot of existing imperfections in the construction, I was assured that if I identify something it would be fixed, false. Sales Experience: Did not show us houses that were available, claiming that they weren’t, but have yet not been sold. Construction Experience: Low quality construction, when it comes to finishing and small details. Empty promises and lies, ongoing situation whit a bathroom window. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Talked to much, I believe it’s a tactic to distract you into not noticing thing, when you do he will promise to fix it , if it is anything other that a quick fix it will not get done. Home Delivery: I still have a, light bulb in the master bedroom bathroom that doesn’t work, and air extractor in one of the other bathroom started making a grinding sound, at point you lost all of my trust and I don’t want you in my home.

  Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Risewell Homes. Any issues I previously had were addressed promptly, and I was very satisfied with the customer care and service. Everything so far has been handled well. The overall quality of the home is good, and the community has a lot of potential. One area for improvement would be sound insulation between units, as some noise travels through the walls and can be heard from neighboring homes. I also noticed a soft spot in the floor near the master bedroom toilet that has been inspected but they won't fix it. Additionally, there are several empty lots around the building and throughout the community that are not being regularly maintained, and it feels like construction is still ongoing. Improving upkeep in these areas would greatly enhance the overall appearance of the community.

  Customer Care/Service Experience: Horacio Gonzalez, our Customer Service Representative, did a fantastic job getting us settled into our new home and quickly helped resolved any issues and/or problems with our home in a timely manner. Windows/Sliding Glass Doors: The Sliding Door 'Screen' can be difficult locking on occasion. Heating & Air Conditioning: Only a one degree difference between upstairs (3rd floor) and downstairs (2nd floor). Doors: Overall great garage system, especially the battery backup! One improvement, the Garage door did not work natively with Apple HomeKit (Siri), needed to buy a separate unit to integrate garage with 'smart' home. Sound Transmission: Very impressed with the level of NO sound transmission between units. Very well designed! Appliances: Some are 'Smart' like the Fridge and Oven, that works with Samsung 'SmartThings.' Yet the Microwave and Dishwasher are not? Seems inconsistent. Expectations: The comments I mention are nit picky, overall great experience! As mentioned, the Customer Representative was an important factor to my ratings, please continue to invest in their training and career.

  Overall Satisfaction: As first-time homebuyers, everything about the process was new to us, but everyone we worked with was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step clearly. We always felt supported and never rushed, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Sales Experience: Our sales representatives, Valerie and Lori were incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step to us as first-time buyers. We never felt pressured, and they made sure we fully understood our options before making any decisions. Construction Experience: Our construction representative Julio was great to work with, always patient, communicative, and willing to explain the details of the building process. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated how they kept us updated on progress and made sure we understood what to expect at each stage. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Bobby made our walk-through experience excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated how patient he was and how thoroughly he answered all of our questions, helping us feel confident and prepared before move-in. Home Delivery: Our home delivery experience was smooth and exciting. Everything was ready as promised, and the team took the time to walk us through the final details to make sure we understood everything. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how organized and welcoming the process felt. And we will never forget thoughtful, meaningful, cute and funny little gifts Valeris and Lori gave to us! 🎁💝
