  Overall Satisfaction: I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Carl DiBernardo. He made the entire process seamless and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find such a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Thank you, Carl! Customer Care/Service Experience: One thing I particularly appreciated about the experience was Carl DiBernardo's attention to detail. He made sure I under the process and followed up to make sure all the repairs are taken care and resolved.

  Overall Satisfaction: We like that they give good incentives for purchasing the home. We like that they are proactive to fix the issues. They are likely to come and fix some minor issues like patching dry-wall holes, repainting, etc. However, it is expected that it would take some period of time to coordinate for the right people to come in and fix the issues (less than 2 weeks). We have the home for about 2 months now, and see that the quality of the house is fairly good. We notice that the house has good insulation that keeps the temperature cool inside. Sales Experience: We have good experiences with our sale representatives, Nick Rakela. He asked the right question to lead us to the home that fit us the most. We are satisfied that the process is quick and glad that we pulled the trigger to purchase the home the same day. Construction Experience: NA Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: We are overall satisfied with the thorough walk-through / orientation that Risewell home provided. It is done in a fair amount of time. It is mainly cosmetic issues that we can see; and they were mostly fixed on the second walkthrough. Some of the issue like spiders were forgotten, but it was likely because it wasn't in the report. If I get to do this process again, I will make sure every issue is written clearly in the report, so it won't be forgotten. Both Shirley and Derek are very helpful during the walk through; it would be reasonable to work with them again.

  Overall Satisfaction: Nothing to dislike at this time. The transition from Landsea to Risewell was seamless. Customer Care/Service Experience: The promptness and professionalism of contractors was great!

  Overall Satisfaction: The sales and lending team were great to work with. They made the entire process straightforward and less stressful. Cindy Hill was my loan officer. Sales Experience: Nicole was great, she was personable and helped with whatever questions I had. Home Delivery: The items we had identified on the punchlist were taken care of quickly and correct.

  Overall Satisfaction: Everything was far beyond my expectations. Torris and Walter took the time to explain everything to me and was always available to answer any questions that I had. I am very pleased and happy that I chose Risewell. Sales Experience: The expertise and professionalism is what I liked the most.
