A great sales experience with Darin, who made no effort to upsell and gave very practical advice to guide us to what we wanted to accomplish. As importantly, the installation experience was also great. We have had several bad installation experiences with other stores in the past so we were a little wary. No need to have been. Bixby Plaza’s crew was both efficient and careful. They made sure the floors were well leveled, they demonstrated craftsmanship and care, and they were neat, polite, and pleasant. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and looks fantastic.

The finished product looks fantastic. The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional, detail oriented and did a great clean up job before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

She spent an inordinate amount of time with me , educating me as to various types of flooring , how to determine quality , etc. Nancy provided a full and detailed list of everything I looked at and I have passed my selection on to my general contractor . Also they have a huge selection to choose from ( hardwood floors, ceramic tiles etc). Very pleased to find a local company with honest pricing . Nancy is a gem.

The salesperson (Jan) was very helpful – maybe all of them are, but Jan is absolutely the kindest, most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met. The installation was also excellent: we've not found a single issue, and can't even find any seams.
