  I just love and appreciate American AC Heat and Plumbing!!! Two nights ago, my heating system just stopped working. And with temperature: 69 degrees, I was devastated. Ben M. And John R. arrived at my place and went to work immediately. They checked the indoor unit (all wirings), the condenser, the remote control, the electrical breaker, and some other parts that I don't know the names of. Then, they went back out to the condenser, opened it, and voila! the system started to work. Mysterious? I don't know. They stayed for another 15 minutes, just to be sure that the system is working. When the system was certainly functional, and after checking with the head office, they informed me that I do not owe the company any single cent. I was utterly astonished! Their reason: no service was done. If it were another company, I am sure there would be charges. I will definitely announce to my colleagues/friends to hire American AC Heating and Plumbing to do HVAC and plumbing work - it is the best in the west! Thank you for your big help. I will now be able to sleep in a well heated room.

  We’ve used American Heating and plumbing over the years for maintenance. So when it was time to get a new furnace, they were the obvious choice. Lots of payment options and they charge the same whether you pay by check or with a credit card unlike other vendors who charge 3 % more if you go for the points on your card. They also offer financing at 9% which isn’t bad these days. They are solid and have been in business for 40 years..Highly recommend

  It felt like the technician was more like a salesman, which made me suspicious of him. Paid $129 for them to change a filter and hand clean a fan. Then they basically told me just about everything was wrong with my system. After looking into it more I see that they have a lot of complaints with the better Business bureau. They were also 2 hours late.

  I really appreciated how much time Stephen took to make sure everything was running smoothly and safely. Stephen was professional and respectful of my home. He also checked in with me multiple times to give me updates while doing the work. I truly appreciated how he walked me through everything in layman's terms. I feel well taken care of by American AC!

  I would highly recommend American AC & Heat & Plumbing to Family, Friends, anyone needing services that are offered by this company. This is the 2nd time I have used this companies service. My opinion, From the front office personnel to the field Technician, all above and beyond the other choices of contractors out there. The technician Victor was knowledgeable, thorough, polite and friendly. Here is why my opinion should matter I have 34 years experience working in construction. 25 of the 34 years with one company / General Contractor building Hospitals and Medical Office Facilities. The company I worked for had a financial database that showed I averaged $10 million a year in construction contract work and a total of approx. $250 million dollars in construction contracts in 25 years. Most of the work I managed was Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing related work. One project alone had 12 new Air Conditioning units the size of a school buses being replaced on the 4th floor roof of 4 buildings. I don’t give compliments very often or very easily.
