- JBJamie BDec 2, 20251.0I went with ABT due to the 4.8 star rating. I must be unlucky because I had a completely different experience with this company. It took the plumber 4 times coming out and on the last time his supervisor had to come to fix out leaking shower. The first time Junior came to fix the shower, he installed the shower cartridge and said it was fixed. When using it after, the water would only get luke warm. I called and he came back to fix it. He said he had the cartridge backwards and he flipped it, so it was fixed but now hot and cold are backwards. He told me this is how all of the new faucets are now, so there is nothing else to do about it. I called the office a few days later after realizing he lied about this (as though I couldn't Google if all faucets hot/cold are now switched for some reason) stating I paid for a job to be done properly and I need someone other than Junior to come fix it, as I didnt appreciate the lie. His supervisor was finally able to come fix it. Additionally, we asked electrical to assess an outlet in the bathroom that doesn't work. He left the plate off the outlet and the cover off of our electrical panel after quoting almost $900 for diagnostics. I called back and they sent someone out to have him replace the covers on the outlet and electrical panel. Now the electric water heater shorts every time we use the shower and the panel is nowhere as secure as it was prior to their service. Definitely not recommended.

Sometimes you need someone that understands the problem technically to speak to you are your level of understanding and Dennis was excellent. He answered all my questions so I could on point what was needed and gave me options from inexpensive DIY solutions to his professional long term solution. He provided ball park pricing so I could make an informed decision. Thanks to Dennis, I was able to fix it the very next day!
