However, at this time because it requires a possible replacement needs to be done. I appreciate the time that Alex took with me to answer all the questions so that I became more knowledgeable not only about my unit, but the possibility of needing a new one. He was very professional and very patient with all of my questions. I certainly appreciated the time that he took with me. and yes, I did pay for a service call.

I called Cypress heating and they were here within a few hours, very professional, clean, and thorough. Turns out it was just the thermostat which Alex replaced on the spot. The price was more than reasonable, and they even vacuumed the dust in the debris that was deep inside the floor unit. Definitely recommend and I will use them again when I’m ready to replace this unit!
