Answer of what he thought was wrong with my heater.,,, he was prompt showed up half hour earlyer then he was supposed to overall nice guy however, I thought it was kind of strange that he didn’t bring any testing equipment to test my heater???,,(guess that’s why he only charged me $66 instead of $99 what I expected) just lit my pilot light and then explained what he thought it might be that was wrong with my heater and said that he thought it was probably the gas valve that needed to be replaced thank you

They told me I need to clean a coil that had recently been replaced. Sold me an overpriced deep clean that is twice as expensive as others. In fairness, technician was skilled and a pleasure. It's just back office that's not what it used to be. Sad.
