  Rick and team did our HVAC and AC installation work. Super professional service, quick and amazing turnaround. We highly recommend them. They replaced our old HVAC and also installed new AC unit. The quote was reasonable. We requested many options and quotes for those and Rick quickly responded with all the details. We worked on timing and the team was very communicative. Arrived on time as promised, worked quickly and cleaned up everything thoroughly. They quoted us 3 days but finished the job in 2 days instead. Our overall experience is great and we are very satisfied that we chose Malibu Heating and Air Conditioning company.

  I was looking to install a Mitsubishi HVAC system in my two-story townhome (which was built in 1997 and did not have A/C, only wall heaters, and to be honest I wasn't even sure if there was space to install a central HVAC system). After a site survey, they came up with a very creative solution that uses a ducted-ductless unit for the top floor, and a regular ductless floor unit for the bottom floor, all connected to a single outdoor condenser. They also assisted me with the HOA approval process by dispatching their lead installer Matt onsite to meet with HOA members and answer questions. When it comes to the actual installation, because new line sets, ducts, and vents need to be installed, I was worried that it might make a mess and make my home look like a construction site, but I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the crew. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day they were at my home. The only thing I could notice after they wrap up each day was just a little bit of dust here and there, and that was it! There was a tiny problem after the installation (due to a dip switch being in the wrong position), and Matt came right back the next day to troubleshoot the problem and had it resolved. Overall the service offered by Malibu is really hassle-free for anyone leading a busy life, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade or install an HVAC system.

  Living in a home with cement walls calls for some good heating and air conditioning needs! Malibu Heating & Air Conditioning was up for the challenge when servicing our units. They were very knowledgeable and were able to get my current units running like new again. Rick was very quick in responding to my call and the service pricing was very reasonable. His crew left my house just as clean as when they walked in. I will definitely use this business again for other replacement needs or service issues. Thanks again.

  Rick (the owners) is a lifesaver. Our heater stopped working a few days before Christmas Eve. We were worried we wouldn't have heat to entertain family because it was so close to the holidays. We called Malibu Heating and Air and within an hour Rick was there to help us. He fixed the issue quickly and was super polite. Not only did he do a wonderful job but he really knew what he was talking about. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning services.
