I had Lee's roofing fix my patio roof, that had been leaking around the edges. The material used was a roll-on material with self-adhesive backing. The job was completed, afterwhich we paid the outstanding balance. This was at the end of November 2025. Initially, the new roof appeared to be good, however, a few days later, the new roof was not adhering to the metal flashing on the edge. I have called company twice and spoken to whomever answers their call center. That person told me that they would contact the company, and have someone contact me re: the problem. I backed up the calls with an email message. It has been a week, but no call-backs or email messages have been received. Lee's performed the work, took my money, but they do not seem to regard customer service as an essential part of the job. Be wary when dealing with this company!
