  Don’t use this company!! I have been a customer for over 8 years. I use their maintenance plan and have had them complete multiple repairs over the years for additional costs. They would often quote me on unnecessary repairs such as increasing the size of my registers and ducting to be more efficient . I have 2 units one is 10 years old, the other 4 years old. Obviously I didn’t have them do the work since both units passed California State inspection after being installed. Definitely a money grab. Lee’s Air came out to my home last week for heater service maintenance for both units. I informed the person who made the appointment as well as the technician when he arrived that one unit wasn’t working properly. The technician showed me pictures of the coils that needed cleaning and that they don’t provide that service. Which was also concerning because that was part of their maintenance plan and it was always completed with water or foam as stated by other technicians when performing maintenance. I was informed that the gas needed to be adjusted and he wasn’t quite sure what the issue was. I asked for a quote to have it repaired. The technician informed me that Lee’s Air no longer repairs any HVAC units that were not installed by them and that I needed to contact the installer or another company to do repairs. He was instructed by management to tell me this. Then it was discovered that my second units blower motor was not turning on. The technician then left without completing the maintenance. Lee’s Air refused to provide an estimate for repairs since they did not install that unit as well. This is very concerning since they maintained and have repaired both units over the past eight years. What is the purpose to have them come out for maintenance if they won’t complete any repairs? Absolutely ridiculous and I could not believe what they were telling me. I spoke with a person in the office. She confirmed this as well. She would not let me speak to management and they haven’t returned my calls or email. Check out the BBB Website and you will see many complaints about this company. This was a reputable company in years past but was recently bought by a new owner who obviously doesn’t care about their customers. So now I’m living in a cold house and I am reaching out to friends to find a reputable company that will complete repairs on my units. I can’t believe that I am actually leaving this review because the situation makes no sense. I would have left Zero Stars but the site won’t allow it. Do not sign up for their maintenance plan!! There is no point! Don’t call them for repairs either if they didn’t install your HVAC System.Their commercials that they run are very misleading and are far from the truth.

  Would never recommend for plumbing as that’s my experience. But if they run the rest of the company the way they did plumbing I wouldn’t use them for anything. Between trying to change the quote to cutting unauthorized 3-4ft holes in bedroom floors to forging signatures. I had the worst experience and couldn’t wait for it to be over. Ben and Carrie the managers hide and don’t return calls and when Ben did return a call he claimed he didn’t returns call because he didn’t have all the information so had his employee call WHO MIND YOU HAD CALLED OUT BECAUSE HE WAS SICKER THAN A DOG! I was appreciative towards the actual employee because he had to do the job of his manager multiple times. All in all worst experience I’ve had with a company

  I must say that after dealing with plumbers that are not always as reliable or accessible, it was REFRESHING to do business with Lee's! Nicolas Wells was the plumber that got the job done! He was very prompt and professional!! Just the fact that we were able to have him come out on a Sunday was LIFE SAVING!!! I fully recommend him and Lee's Air Plumbing Heating and Roofing!
