Customer service agent was very courteous and wasn't sure if she could squeeze me in. She allowed me to speak to the manager, Michelle, and she assured me that someone would come by to take a look at my unit. The service guy Loi, showed up earlier than expected. He was very informative and educated in air conditioning. He had a lot of advice on saving energy and shared information that he received, from a recent company seminar, provided by PG&E. He knew exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner before he even opened it. The part I needed is rare (because I have an over sized unit), but he happened to have one with him!! Less than a half hour later, I was up and running!! Thank you so much Indoor Quality Services for squeezing me in during your peak season, Thank you Michelle and Thank you Loi!!
