  I looked at Closet Factory, CA Closets, Closets By Design, Closet World, and, finally, stumbled on PremierGarage by accident. I guess they merged with TailoredCloset. Not sure how that all works, but I contacted PremierGarage and that's who I made the check out to, so... Every single part of this project was handled EXCELLENTLY. Very professional. Very Customer Oriented. They seemed to truly care about the customers needs, and truly bent over backwards to make me happy. In a few words: They get it. They get what Customer Service is supposed to be about. FRIENDLY, helpful, organized, PROFESSIONAL, and COMPETENT. Skilled. Knowledgeable. You get the idea. Shout out to Joey Wayne, in Sales, who was very easy to work with, and very helpful, and RESPONSIVE. Nothing worse than waiting forever to hear back from your salesperson when you're trying to nail down the details of the project. Also, a shout out to Patrick Barabad, the Lead Installer (or whatever they call him), and Rendell Bamba. Both guys did a GREAT job on the install. Having worked with Blue Moon Closets a few years ago, (no longer in business), their installers were incredibly unfriendly and non-communicative. Patrick really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the end result. Serious kudos to him, especially, but really, all the people that were involved in any way. One big thing I noted was that the guys CAULKED the appropriate placces along the edges of the inserts they installed - this was something Blue Moon did NOT do, and really threw me. I assumed it just wasn't something done in the custom closet world, or something. It makes a BIG difference in making it clean and professional looking, and something befitting a multi-thousand dollar custom closet.

  It’s been a little over a year since my epoxy flooring was applied to my garage floor and it is in the worst condition. This company did a horrible job and should be investigated. When the floor was initially completed I noticed there were hard peaks throughout. It was not smooth and flat and the rough peaks made it very difficult to clean the floor. Then after the first 6 months I started noticing a weird orange fluid but it didn’t process to me that it was coming up from the ground. By the 8th month I noticed bubbling, and by the year milestone the floor was cracked open in several places. When I reached out to have the floor assessed and repaired the service man explained that it was water damage. Not the water damage a normal person would suspect, moisture coming from below the ground and unable to escape through the epoxy coating causing damage. There was no test done prior to recommending a service to me. There was no education provided about this risk until after the damage was done. I was told my warranty would not cover the damage and that I would have to pay for the entire floor from scratch in addition to the special application of an additional chemical to ensure it didn’t happen again. I was offered nothing! Not even an apology. Another service person called and for 45 minutes explained the science and blamed me and said there is no evidence that they didn’t offer the coating needed to prevent this type of damage. I promise you they did not explain to me anything about this type of water damage, I was not recommended the coating and they did no testing to determine if I would have issues. The service person said there was no way to test. I just had Garage King come over to assess and provide an estimate and they did a water test that took seconds to determine the floor had a score of 5/7 but also recommended coming back to do another test that takes 3 days but provides more information. Please do not use this company. They are unethical and they are dishonest about the quality of their product and service. Garage Kings also pointed out that part of the floor yellowed from sun damage and that they have a coating that would prevent that. Don’t use this company!! You will regret it!! Garage Kings seems to be the better choice for sure!! Will do more research and report back.

  Premier Garage did an outstanding job on our garage floor. Every interaction we had with the company was positive, from start to finish. I received quotes from three different companies, and Premier Garage offered competitive pricing along with excellent service. Their salesperson, Joey, came to our home to take precise measurements and walk us through the entire process. He brought samples of the available finishes, which made it easy for us to select a color that complemented our walls and cabinets. We were especially impressed by Joey’s in-depth knowledge of the flooring product they use. The office staff was also top-notch — they communicated clearly and consistently, letting us know exactly when each crew would arrive and what work would be done each day. The technicians were professional, courteous, and took great care in their work. After the installation, a minor issue came up with the floor. The team responded immediately and had it resolved the very next day — a true testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Premier Garage. They’re professional, responsive, and deliver high-quality results.

  The Premiere Garage team is world class. They were incredibly professional from the start, very efficient with their time and did an incredible job designing a new beautiful garage. The design team member Joey was on time, his quote included a computer aided design with the layout and the selection of the pattern for the floor and cabinet was easy and clear. We needed to do some demo work and he recommended a close general contractor partner who was amazing to work with. They coordinated the whole process and timing and got things on time, on budget and with incredible high quality.. I would absolutely recommend the Premiere Garage team to whoever needs a beautiful garage!
