  Great service by alvictor. He took time to call the manufacturer to check the part warranty, and was flexible enough to adjust his schedule to come in the afternoon for repairing the water heater.

  Plumbing Care did an excellent job handling a heat pump water heater replacement. The technicians were professional, careful, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took time to walk through the space, explain what they were doing, and make sure everything was set up correctly before powering the system back on. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They checked electrical connections, verified drainage and clearances, and made sure the unit was installed cleanly and safely. The crew also worked respectfully around the garage and surrounding space, keeping things organized and minimizing disruption. It was clear the team was focused on doing the job properly, not just quickly. A solid experience from a knowledgeable and well-coordinated crew. Highly recommended.

  I was very happy with my experience with Plumbing Care Inc and the technician, Suresh, that handled our issue. Our tankless water heater failed on Monday morning and Suresh was able to make it out early that evening to assess the issue. Suresh was very thorough in assessing the issue and discussing options with me. Replacement of the water heater was the solution that I chose. Suresh returned the next day with a helper and had the new water heater installed within a few hours. We also discussed adding a recirculating line to our system so that we wouldn't have to wait so long (and waste water) getting hot water to our bathrooms and kitchen. Again, Suresh explained how the system would work and offered a modest discount since he would be on site to change out the water heater. I was very happy with the responsiveness, the service, the expertise and the fair pricing. I would recommend Plumbing Car Inc and Suresh!

  Our hot water heater died right before Christmas. They came out and installed a water heater we purchased. That included taking out and hauling away the old one, meeting my husband at Home Depot to pickup the new one, then installing and testing the new unit. What really stood out was their attention to detail: new sysmic bracing, condensation drip pan, and a pressure bottle. Juan noticed a small drip and fixed it before he left. So appreciate of their time and expertise.

  My water heater had stopped working and needed a part replaced. I'm very impressed with the service received from Dragan. Even during the phone call to setup the free estimate, they said a technician could be there in a 2 hour window only an hour from when I called. Dragan showed up right at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He noticed the water heater was still under warranty and asked if I had contacted the manufacturer yet to see what was covered (parts or labor or both). I hadn't called them yet so he ended up calling them for me on his phone and together we got me setup to have the parts covered by the warranty so I only had to pay for labor (this was due to being near the end of the warranty period and has nothing to do with Plumbing Care Inc). The few extra minutes it took to make the phone call made all the difference. He didn't have to do that. He genuinely wanted me to get the best deal and service. His care for the customer, willingness to help, expertise, quick and complete work, and friendliness made for a wonderful experience. As the kids say these days, "10/10, would recommend" :)
