  We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning and Solar because our 17 year old system finally had it. The company was very pleasant and professional to work with and they did a great job installing the system. After the initial installation Sam, a Senior+ Technician, came out and finessed the system - reduced the sound of the air conditioning system, the humidity level and checked everything over to ensure it was all in order. We are very happy with the results, the customer service of West Coast Heating, Air and Solar. Would recommend.

  Had a great experience with West Coast Heating and Air. The company had great communication with confirming the appointment, and providing notifications of the technicians arrival. The technician, Nick, was very professional, explained his work and the issues thoroughly, and let me know all of the options available for my system. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I had a great experience with HVAC system maintenance. Antonio Solis was punctual, professional, and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to clearly explain how the system works and answered all my questions without rushing. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend!

  Been using this company for years, was great they were able to take my call on a Sunday and had options for appts in the next few days that worked with my availability. Thomas arrived in designated time to troubleshoot a malfunctioning Nest thermostat. He was able to get it to work again but wifi still wouldn't operate, so we opted to replace unit with Honeywell unit instead that they offered. Thomas was able to install, test, and show us how to use it in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. Will have no issues using them again in the future.

  We had West Coast provide and install 14 445 watt solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 two months ago. The planning, pricing and installation was excellent. All permits were pulled and the process moved efficiently on a brisk schedule. Communication of the process was excellent. The system performs beautifully in self-powered mode, fully charging the Powerwall by noon everyday, sending extra energy to the grid in the afternoon and supplying ample electricity overnight. We may try Time-based operation later, but the winter SDG&E rates are relatively flat with super off-peak priced slightly less than peak. This approach deep-cycles the Powerwall but the LFA chemistry should make a difference in its longevity. Tesla has a 10 year warranty for 70% capacity for 10 years and unlimited cycles. With battery technology advancing so fast, in ten years a replacement will probably cost less if needed at all. We are highly satisfied with West Coast Heating A/C and Solar and would recommend them without hesitation.
