I'm a repeat customer of Anderson and a VIP member. I've been using their services since 2022 and don't see myself changing to another company so long as I'm where I'm at. Technicians like Jeffrey Justice do the organization a service when they come out for plumbing calls. He answered all of my questions, explained how key components worked, reviewed options with me -- the whole approach was no pressure (and still quality) while he took care of my annual plumbing maintenance check on my tankless water heater. I'm considering Anderson for another upcoming project (preventive maintenance/enhancement) and interactions like these and the many others I've had in the past keep me coming back. Just wanted to drop a 5-star review because this company deserves it. There's a reason you see their trucks driving all around San Diego neighborhoods!

Anderson plumbing was great to work with! From the minute, the skilled and helpful woman in customer service answered the phone, asking me how she could put a smile on my face to the technician, Zachary showing up on time within 30 minutes to take care of a very frustrating, plumbing problem in my kitchen, I was thrilled! Zachary was professional, explaining what he needed to do at every turn. He also gave me some information on some of their great maintenance plans for plumbing and HVAC. It was actually a pleasure having him work here. What a relief! It’s rare that I deal with a company that delivers such great service and by people who seem to truly enjoy working there and enjoy helping their customers. Anderson Plumbing will be my first call the next time I need plumbing or HVAC work and I will be sure to recommend them.
Here is a polished, friendly 5-star review you can post anywhere (Google, Yelp, website, etc.):

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Anderson Plumbing
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Anderson Plumbing. I called them late at night with a major issue, and they were at my home first thing the next morning ready to work. From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
The job was a big one, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. By the time they were done, we had full use of our showers and toilets again. Their pricing was fair, and I really appreciated that they gave us several payment options to choose from.
Overall, the team was timely, respectful, and truly committed to solving the problem. Anderson Plumbing delivered excellent service when we needed it most. I highly recommend them!
On 04Nov25 an 'Er45' message appeared on our tankless water heater by Noritz P-950C. Anderson was able to send a technician (Mike) the following day. The tech determined that the mixing valve needed to be replaced. He stated that the Noritz P-950C is a good brand but the fact that we had to get it serviced 3 times in 6 years meant that we just happened to receive a bad unit. We had it installed in April2019 and will need to replace it in the next 2 years. I'll make sure that the warranty on the next unit is longer than 5 years (which was the warranty on the Noritz). If a company stands by a top of the line product, the warranty should reflect that. Five years is too short. It should be 10+ years especially if the unit costs thousands of dollars. Mike was very nice, professional, ordered the mixing valve, and ensured that our house would have water pressure and hot water for a few days. The part was received today, 07Nov and is only good for 2 years. Technicians Andres and Francisco arrived at 507p and finished the job by 609p. Both were very courteous and professional. We have always appreciated the service from Anderson since 2019. The phone representatives and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and get their work done. (5 stars) It's just a shame that the product we invested in wasn't as robust (3 stars) as the original water heater we had that came with the house in 2009. That lasted for 10 years! Due to the covid shutdown in 2020-21, our tankless water heater was not serviced. However, we serviced it in 2022, 2023, but missed 2024. Moving forward, our water heater will be serviced on an annual basis as a preventative measure and to ensure it's working at full capacity.
In the last 90 days, I’ve had leaks and soon to be leaks form in the cheap copper tubing the builder installed 30 years ago. The leaks and degraded pipe weren’t all found at once because a mold remediation company started extensive demolition to dry and sanitize the ceiling cavity. They did this after Raul and Francisco repaired the damaged tubing and a leaking bathtub drain through the garage ceiling where a slow leak soaked through the drywall and damaged a sizable part of the garage ceiling.
The mold remediation guys informed me of the bad looking tubing they uncovered a distance away from the original leaking tubing so I could decide if I wanted them to reinstall new drywall over tubing that would likely fail soon. I decided to get it fixed and James then came same the same day on short notice and installed, like the first two plumbers, more “L” copper tubing instead of the cheap “M” type. I’m now on edge about potential failures of the cheap tubing all over the rest of the house and homeowners insurance won’t cover the plumbing cost of leaking pipes stating that’s just normal “wear and tear”.
James took a lot of time to give me a comprehensive estimate for a whole house repipe which I appreciate very much since it’s something that requires some consideration given the scope of a project that big.
About 8 months ago, Reggie came to assess and coordinate an installation of a tankless water heater and whole house filtration unit since the water here has a high amount of dissolved solids and other compounds that were wrecking the copper pipes. Both units were superbly installed by Alfonso who worked two days and stayed until 9 pm to finish these projects and relieve me of yet more problem plumbing.
While Reggie was here, I inquired about a washer and dryer installation (I’ve had awful experiences having delivery guys install major appliances). He assured me no job was too small and Anderson would be happy to do it. Prior to delivery of the machines, I set up an appointment for someone to check out angle stops, drainage, electrical, set up gas hookup (I had an electric dryer and switched to gas) and check venting.
Aaron was sent out and did a thorough assessment and determined my supply lines and angle stops were good to go, advised me regarding electrical supply and installed a valve on the gas supply line which the builder didn’t bother to do. He made sure everything was now ready to go and the remaining work to install the machines should be straight forward for the delivery company to do. He was correct, the machines were delivered today and installed with all the hookups in good order.
I feel I can trust Anderson PHA with competent care, professionalism and candid advice for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many friendly technicians. This confidence is derived from using their services with three properties over three years and the replacement of four furnaces, three AC units, extensive ductwork, three filtration units, two tankless water heaters and repair of a third, flow tech radio wave pipe cleaners, leak detectors, extensive fixture replacement, eight toilet replacements, booster pump, underground water main replacement, duct work, mainline sewer hydrojetting, garbage disposal, pressure regulators, and I could still go on. Everything was always done competently, timely and professionally. I was always given realistic and candid advice on how to approach plumbing issues in a 25 year old custom home and two 30+ year old tract homes.
