I had recently switched to Homeserve, who dispatched Downey Plumbing for some plumbing leaks I was experiencing. I was shocked and very pleased in my experience with this very highly rated plumbing company. Their technician, Roman, arrived on time, very professional in both presence and knowledge, and got the jobs done, not only in a timely fashion, but with no service fees or additional cost to me. After dealing with some challenging Home Warranty companies and plumbers over the years, I was honestly ecstatic to receive such excellent service! Kudos to both Downey Plumbing and Roman! If I ever have a plumbing need, I will definitely be reaching out to Downey Plumbing for my future needs.
