  The amount of times that we've had to call them to service our AC unit THAT THIS COMPANY INSTALLED just for the technician to give us a different reason time and time again, charge us the diagnostic fee every single time, and then claim to fix the issue after the diagnosis only for the issue to persist may as well have been highway robbery. At some point one of the technicians even claimed that the fan motor of the AC unit had to be replaced mind you the unit was brand new when they installed it a year prior to this and during this time period it worked perfectly for 5-6 months, thankfully the part was under warranty and yet again the unit was still giving us problems when we needed it the most. My neighbor fixed the issue with our unit without charging an exorbitant amount in less than 2 days just by reading the manual, having an understanding of how AC units worked calling a friend who knew the model of the AC for and research for further discretion and to be sure and FINALLY our issues were solved something that no technician in this company were able to even come close to. The technicians for this company are for the most part USELESS but well mannered, never will I be calling for their aid again the only other redeeming aspect of this company is their customer support who were very kind when we called to make the abundance of appointments for a technician to come whomever works in that department cudos to them they deserve a raise. This whole ordeal was ridiculous.

  I called today June 29, 2024. A worker came to my location and inspected the unit. The worker stated the system is working properly, but the blower motor is bad. The worker also said the blower motor is under warranty, but the cost would be $975.00 to replace the blower motor. To replace a blower motor is $975?! And, it’s under warranty? I would like to speak to the owner in relation to this. Update: It is now July 4th. So, after posting this review on June 29, 2024, I got a call and a message later that day from the worker on June 29, 2024. The worker said the $975 price was the wrong price, but the $130 I paid that day would be credited towards the correct price. July 2, 2024 I was told it would take 3-4 weeks, which I expressed it was a too long for me especially with the temperatures forecasted in the weather. I then asked the worker if there were any other options because of the heat. I was then offered a universal motor price for $1650, which is just too expensive for me. Throughout the process, I spoke with the person in the office over the phone. I did mention I was a little frustrated partly because of the wrong price that was given at first and other things, but the person on the phone did listen to me and provided me with the opportunity to talk about my experience, so thank you for that. I just wish this all could have been a better experience.
