The sales person was helpful pre-sales but when there were issues with the delivery, they overpromised remedies on the phone (“we’ll take care of you,” “you won’t have to pay $x”), they did not back it up with actions. Unfortunately, the promises by the sales person were made over the phone and not in writing. Overall we were not happy with the post-sales service from this company.
