Yours feel so much stronger and easier to open and close and smoother. compared to the one I bought from lowe's. And I love that yours has a warranty.Where lowe's did not. David was very polite and very knowledgeable on what he was doing.

Travis & Christian came over - it looked like they already knew that two persons would be needed for the job. They took care of the problem - also did the some maintenance work on our 2nd living room sliding door. They were prompt & very professional - I would recommend them/co to anyone. We should expect new window and installation in about a week. Great start! Today the window was fixed. We were contacted after about 5 days, very quick on getting replacement. Rally came this morning and worked diligently to replace our broken glass. Explained all again, was kind to answer our questions and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. He cleaned up and all was back to normal. Thanks Rally for helping us!!
