  I want to take a moment to recognize this company for not only the quality of their workmanship, but especially for their follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction after the installation was completed. After the install, I noticed an airflow issue affecting an area in my kitchen. I reached out, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They sent someone out to inspect, followed up thoroughly, and made sure the situation was evaluated properly instead of being brushed aside. I especially want to acknowledge Tyler. He was professional, responsive, and truly focused on making sure everything was right. He took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and work toward a solution that ensured the system performed correctly and that I was fully satisfied with the final result. Good installation work is important, but what really stands out is when a company follows through and makes sure the customer is taken care of even after the job is done. That level of service and accountability is rare and very appreciated. Highly recommended.

  I had to get my HVAC system and ducts replaced. Domenick made the process easy by setting up everything for installation and scheduling the dates. Justin did a great job installing my system and ensured everything was completed efficiently and professionally. Everyone involved was really nice throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through the new system, explaining how it works and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Family & Friends HVAC for replacing your HVAC system/duct work.

  Starting with Adam who did our routine maintenance. He was great at explaining what he was doing and checking for. He made it clear when providing us options for repair/ replacement and never felt pushed to do anything. We then met with Domenick to get a quote for replacement. He also did a great job explaining our options, and clearly broke down prices and financing options. All of our questions were answered and gave us to confidence to go forward with replacement of furnace and A/C. Juan and Jose came to do the removal and replacement of the unit and did an amazing job. Quality of workmanship was a million times better than what it looked like before. Overall our total experience was great, and we are glad we chose Friends and Family to keep up with our furnace and A/c needs.

  Juan ruggero and Frankie,and another fellow, I don't remember his name. Were all excellent employees. Very knowledgeable polite respectful. They did a great job replacing my central AC and heating unit. Wow I'm extremely impressed how quickly they had IT done. 8 hours and it was done. Thank you friend and family for hiring such great employee.and I would highly recommend this company. Pino.

  Adam was fantastic to work with. Our HVAC system is just a little over two years old and unfortunately the builder wouldn’t help, which was disappointing considering the age. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Thankfully it wasn’t a major issue, but he handled it quickly and professionally. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. Highly recommend Adam if you need HVAC service.
