The tech showed up on time with his little shoe covers and kind of talked me through what he was seeing. He checked the unit, poked around a bit and found the problem pretty fast. He did not just say you need a whole new system like other places told me on the phone. He explained my options in simple words so even I could follow along. The repair did not take long and cold air was blowing again while he was still cleaning up his tools. He also pointed out a leak in the duct work and gave me some tips to deal with it later so the bill is not crazy. Price felt fair for what they did and they told me the number before starting the job. Everyone I talked to there was polite and normal, not pushy sales people or anything weird. It is kind of rare now to find a company that actually feels honest in this type of work. Next time my ac or heater acts up I am calling Friends and Family again for sure.
