Needed a part for a Gerber toilet and a friend of mine suggested Ferguson Plumbing because the carry Gerber parts. I doubled check their website and indeed they had the part I needed. When I show up, I asked the counter guys and they said it's on the back wall. Went to the back wall and they had every brand except Gerber. I went back to the counter and was told, oh we don't carry Gerber. Well, I won't be coming back here, I guess if you're not a contractor you don't fit in. Very poor employees.
