I ran it through insurance and it was not covered and I had black mold in my walls. I had many companies come out, Ken and his team were the most trust worthy. First he went through my insurance documents to make sure it was not covered. When he agreed that it was not covered by insurance in this instance, his price to repair was extremely competitive. He walked me through every detail and gave my wife and I discounts and free work where he could to lighten the financial burden. He was fast helpful and a nice guy. The kitchen was saved, most contractors said I needed new counter topps and some new cabinets, 911 restoration saved and refurbished everything so my kitchen still matches. It looks like the leak never happened and he finished about 3 weeks less than the time frame all the other companies quoted. I urge everyone to do their due diligence but 911 Restoration should absolutely be included in that process. Thanks guys for the help! Easy 5 stars
