  Ryan did an excellent presentation , I was very impressed.. He presented samples of the materials used for the project and answered all my questions in depth and in detail.   I'll try to be succinct, and brief 1 star is for responsiveness alone. The project manager we worked with was always responsive and offered many times if something wasn't done right, they'd do it again. The problem is after its done wrong more than once you just want them out of your house. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and to trim the window and walls in front living room. The appk 13k project was set to take 3 days (give or take). Project budget remained unchanged, timeline not so much (2 weeks). 1. The wallpaper was installed sideways. Because of this and it was paper I had saved i had to reorder a different style. 2. It was reinstalled with gaps between the paper (see picture). Prior to reinstallation I repeated in several messages and verbally the wall was textured and needed to be smoothed. It was not, and before we sell the house we will have to redo this ourselves. It honestly looks awful between the gaps and the bumpiness. 3. Frequently things were done wrong despite instruction. The trim on windows was way larger than requested and had to be redone. The wallpaper as above. The toliet roll was installed incorrectly and I redid myself. The trim along the ceiling was a solid inch larger than requested and done before patching the wall (see picture). 4. Most recently we found bubbles under our sink and realized the plumbing was done incorrectly without adding a B nut to the top or cutting the pipe at all to fit size as it should be. We will redo this ourselves. While I worked my husband had to work from home and try to help manage. The issue was that there was frequent redirection (more issues than noted above) and parts were ordered in wrong sizes, dimensions incorrectly done, that it took a lot of time away from his work day and was still an end result I wouldn't have spent 5k on let alone over 10 grand. Moral of the story. Responsive project manager, stayed on budget. but no other positive notes. Would not reccomend for family or friends
