For your security, all of our staff are background checked and drug tested and we'll email a picture of our technician, before he arrives. We have a state-of-the-art training facility where each technician receives 150 hours of mandatory classroom training each year. Service Champions always says their service techs are more than willing to do a “good deed” and tonight, Luis absolutely proved that to be true. He came out to service our furnace and ended up doing the greatest good deed there ever was. When he went into our attic to track the ductwork and insulation, he discovered a dead RAT! Unfortunately for him… but VERY fortunately for me… he went completely above and beyond and took care of it so I never had to see the sucker. I honestly would’ve fainted on the spot if I had to handle that myself. Luis is truly my HERO! Thank you, Service Champions, for hiring such quality, kind-hearted people. This is exactly why we’ll forever stay with your company. Luis made a stressful moment feel safe, easy, and even a little funny — and that’s priceless.
