- CCCortney CorniaDec 22, 20251.0Update: Less than 6 months later we came home to a non working a/c and heater AGAIN!!! This is the absolute worst unit!!! I am demanding the original unit I requested Trane If they do not replace I will be making reports!!!!! September review: Totally unhappy with A#1 Air! In the summer of 2023 they came out recommended a new unit. We agreed on a Trane unit but after many excuses, we were persuaded to go with a Daikin. The unit has been nothing but a problem since we’ve had it. The first summer we came home to a broken A/C on vacation and they settled up with some money back, which was fine. Since then the rooms and air flow have never been right and we have tried to call them out to fix it and they want to charge us. Now the unit is broken AGAIN! They are telling us it will be a 2 week wait before it will be fixed. They have offered window units but we did not pay 15k for window units!! Not to mention we are in the process of trying to sell our house. Roxy from customer relations is extremely inconsiderate and will not allow you to speak to higher management. Our unit broke on Thursday and they are not sending anyone out over the weekend to do anything about it, says managers do not work on weekends. We have to wait until Monday from them to just come out investigate! Completely unacceptable when this is a new unit and should not be having all these issues! Highly disappointed and unacceptable that this business is ran so poorly and expect people to wait for 2 weeks for a working A/C unit!

The issue was very friendly and made sure he communicated with us the whole time. Air 1 is an amazing company and a family owned an operated The owner makes himself available for any questions and is always willing to go above and beyond to help his clients. If you’re looking for a residential or commercial HVAC company looking no further. These guys are all about their clients and providing five star service. Elfrid Was also here during one of my most busiest parts of the day and was super patient he made sure to be courteous, the whole time and respectful. If we have any more issues, I will definitely be calling Air1 again
