- AAANDREASJan 31, 20231.0PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY these people act like they care talk the right way, but at the end of the day they will rob you blind claiming stuff they did that was aready removed and or not done also claim replacement of "new high quality cabinets" THAT WHERE NEVER REPLACED OR PAINTED they charged over 2300 dollars plus claiming they disconnect Appliances that where aready disconnected or removed also charged me for 10 boxes when they gave me 4 , please stay away from these crooks this was a simple job that they turned into a over charged job that wasn't needed or never done!!! , My insurance company is behind my back as well and sent and reviewed all paperwork..they have reviewed everything and agreed with the pictures and what they claimed they did do not match. The insurance also sent them a new summary that explains work not done and request a refund back 2 me PS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU JUST LIKE THEY TRIED WITH ME....
- AWAlum williamMay 26, 20225.0911 Restoration of the Inland Empire has come out to my condo two separate times in the last few months due to high pressured water lines bursting in my building and flooding my home. Not only were they the only ones to find the true cause of the pipes bursting, but they were the neatest, cleanest, and most professional crew of people from the lovely owner of the company Carlos, to the administration specialist Larry, and the field manager Anthony. The first crew that was lead by field supervisor Anthony to Albert second crew not only made me no longer have any stress about the situation but also walked me through the play by play of what should be expected from insurance to general contractors and building management. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work they completed and the speed and communication in which they handled all of the mess. If you are dealing with any sort of damage to your home or property, there is no doubt in my mind that they will be there for you every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for all their help and kindness throughout the last few months of disasters. I have used a few other companies for different properties and their work & professional manner is no where close to comparable to 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire. This review is the least I can do for them. Thank you guys!
