- GGGaleSep 24, 20251.0I had a horrible experience with this company. It started out with 2 no shows for appointments. I had rollers replaced on my sliding glass door at an exorbitant cost. I asked them to repair my existing screen door, by installing new screen, rollers and to paint the frame and dog guards. I was appalled when they brought the door back. The screen material was not tight, they did a horrible, half a____d paint job and the screen did not slide properly. All for the price of $390.00. I refused to accept it, so the technician called Robert who I spoke with, he said he would correct the paint job and rollers. The following day when I spoke with him he was rude and said he was returning my screen with no charge. He was immature, rude arrogant and condescending. . They dropped my screen off with no repairs and were malicious enough to have removed the rollers and the locking mechanism and didnt even bother to place on the door from where they removed it. They didn't even ring by doirbell. I have never been treated this bad by any Fresno company. They are a disgrace to small central valley businesses. Now I have a damaged door that I can't install. Buyer beware!
