Just received invoice which states flooring as per quote with no indication of a discount. Never again and neither should you!

Raven, the salesperson, was attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the process of selecting carpet for both my personal home and rental home. There was a manufacturing defect with the carpet in my personal home. Christy, the owner, was extremely responsive and proactive in following up with the manufacturer and getting all of the carpet replaced as quickly as possible, as she knew that I wanted to move in. I felt like she truly cared about making sure that the process went smoothly. You really see how truly well a business is ran when there are issues that arise along the way and how they handle them. I am grateful for her assistance and would recommend this business.
