  The customer service from the sales representative was disappointing and unprofessional. I was told that because I was “picky,” the team would not be able to meet my expectations toward the end of the project. I do not recommend this company.

  The first time my carpet came in it was the wrong color. 2nd time it was lost in shipment. 60 days later Raven said I'd get a discount but had to wait for the invoice. Just received invoice which states flooring as per quote with no indication of a discount. Never again and neither should you!

  I'm leaving this poor review because I am very disappointed with the interaction between the sales associate/owner(?) today. She was very defensive, rude and condescending. I had detected it a bit in the beginning but ignored it in hopes this was the place that was going to install our flooring throughout our home. As I asked questions she responded defensively and said she knew what she was doing. I didn't doubt she knew her job but I wanted to be sure I had seen all that they had as it is a large showroom. Ultimately, I walked out because I don't want to do business with a start out like that.
