From the moment Adam arrived, he was highly professional, punctual, and genuinely focused on educating me on every aspect of the decision we both knew I had to make. Adam took the time to meticulously inspect my roof, clearly explaining the issues, and detailing all the available options in a way that was easy to understand. He walked me through the different materials, warranties, and the entire installation process with patience and clarity. He answered every single one of my detailed questions and ensured I felt 100% confident in moving forward. We had work done inside the house to accomplish replacing the duct work. The workers were very accommodating, and did a thorough job of cleaning the area they worked on in the house and took away all the rubbish accumulated from the installations outside. Thank you Lees!
