Jorge was amazing, showed me pictures of what things looked like in the attic where the furnace and a/c unit were. He was super knowledgeable and able to tell me exactly what year each part had been installed. The furnace was well over 25 years old, so it lived a good life. He broke things down as to what I could replace and what I should replace, along with different cost options. The system was ordered and installed within 3 business days. The main installers were Andrew and Mando and they were scheduled for 8am on Monday and they arrived a little before then, ready to work. Andrew was amazing with our dogs in the backyard and made friends with them in no time, making the install even easier. Jake and Josh came in soon after to help with the huge task of disassembling the old system and putting in the new one. It took all day, and our home and outside was left exactly like they found it. Andrew stayed late to show me the Smart Thermostat and walked me through the app so that I can now program our heat and a/c on my phone. I have used Metz numerous times before and they never disappoint. I highly recommend them for your heating and a/c needs.
