He noticed some serious problems that needed to be resolved and got us an appointment in the next week. Andrew and Mando came down and did the installation. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and able to work around our schedule. Good service and personnel.

Plus he provided good advice regarding extending my service maintenance agreement (which I did), and estimates for some suggested future work. Cris is very personable. We chatted about military service (mine and people in his family), our backgrounds, and other topics as he worked. I felt very comfortable with him and his work was excellent. Metz, you have a keeper!!

He identified the problem and really took his time to explain the issue. He was super considerate of our home, very courteous, very knowledgeable, trustworthy explaining costs and even options, and I won’t use any other company going forward. Would highly recommend Metz. They have an awesome team.
