  I had a cement tile roof that needed to be replaced. I also had roof mounted solar panels, sagging rain gutters and some dry rotted facia boards. I had three roofing contractors come out and give me an estimate. Two of the three said I would have to arrange to have my solar panels removed on my own. Two of the three said they would remove and repair my rain gutters only if necessary. Affordable Roofing gave me an estimate for the entire project. They arranged for the solar panels to be removed and reinstalled. They removed ALL of my rain gutters and replaced all of my damaged facias. Some of the damage was hidden by my rain gutters. After repairing the facias, they reinstalled my sagging rain gutters and added supports to avoid sagging in the future. After adjusting the other two estimates for NOT removing my solar panels, I found the Affordable estimate to be nearly identical to the next closest bidder. However, since Affordable removed all of my gutters they found and repaired damage that may not have shown up until a few years later. This would have inevitably been more costly to repair later. As a bonus, they gave my rain gutters a "tune up" which would have been an additional expense elsewhere. An additional benefit, since Affordable contracted for the solar removal and reinstallation, they (Affordable) assumed responsibility for any leaks or damage to the roof caused by the solar panel reinstallation. I would definitely recommend Affordable Roofing for your roofing project.

  We used Affordable roofing to put a new roof on our rental property earlier this year. Jose and his crew did a great job with clean up daily. They even finished the job early. Affordable roofing has done a few patch jobs here at our house in Chino Hills. Everything always comes out great and Jose prices are very reasonable. BY Jeanette Enriquez
