- KBKenneth BaldwinJul 9, 20245.0I had a water emergency over the weekend and called three different pump companies. All of them were slammed but said they would put me on their list. I’ve used Heitman in the past but we had been out of water and I didn’t want to wait. I did it first come first serve basis. Now I wish I had waited for Heitman. Long story short. I paid $6500.00 to the other guys for what was supposed to be a bad pump. Brian and the guys said bring the bad pump in and let us test it. They tested it (free of charge) and found it was fine, nothing wrong with it. They were great, didn’t say one single disparaging word about the other company. I know where my money’s going next time I have issues with my pump.

I began calling many months ago hoping to schedule an appointment. No return calls were received after numerous attempts. I finally received a call back on 11/1 and I immediately returned the call. Today is 11/13 and no return call. I do not recommend this firm and would strongly suggest another firm that understands customer service.
- MGmike gillilandNov 28, 20211.0My pump quit working Friday morning I called Heitman there answering service took my call, told her my pump quit working she took all my information phone etc she said they would contact me. 3 hrs later I call again, same routine said they would call me. Well after 4 more calls still no one called. No water that day or night, Saturday morning I called again same routine, still nobody called no water always Sta information. They are the worst on professional no I have to wait tell Monday to have someone come out, they are a joke.
