  Jessie was professional and explained everything very well. He took care to keep the area clean ( He came in after another plumbing company tried to upsale to clogging pipe to a pipe replacement costing thousands of dollars). Jessie unclogged the pipe and the costly repair from the other company was not necessary. I highly recommend Earl's plumbing and Jessie

  WARNINING ELDER ABUSE! I am submitting this on behalf of an elderly woman. She requested help locating a leak, and the situation deteriorated quickly. Concrete dust was left throughout the home, drywall pieces were thrown away, no permits were obtained, and the concrete repair was not restored to the original thickness. Each time a question was asked, it was ignored. Soft rolled copper pipe and PEX were installed even though only copper pipe was present. After the workers stated they were finished, one of them refused to leave when informed the work was not acceptable at multiple stages. An elderly person in this situation can be dismissed, pressured, and left with substandard work. This meets the definition of elder abuse.

  I had a leak in my water service from the house to the water meter which is 450' long. Travis is the plumber who came out to look for the leak. Travis located the leak and only dug one hole to find it. Travis was very meticulous and did a outstanding job. If you need a underground leak detected Travis is the man.

  The good: It was super easy to book online! I really appreciated this. The system emails you a confirmation and they call, text, and email when your tech is on the way. Loved that. The bad: On this day, this particular tech was not very friendly. He seemed irritated overall. I've had other good experiences in the past but this one wasn't great. The ugly: The quote I was given was so far out of range that I could not believe it. $4,000 compared to other quotes I had received for $1,000-$1,500. I was so shocked. It felt a bit like just tell me you don't want to do this job rather than quote me an astronomical rate. TL;DR: Earl's has done work for us in the past that was priced well and been great (three years ago). But this year, the two quotes we've received from them for separate projects were wildly overpriced and in this particular interaction, the tech was also not friendly. I appreciate their online booking and communication though.

  Steven C and his Assistant arrived right on time and started analyzing and diagnosing the problem with my sewer line. Steven is very knowledgeable and was so professional in explaining what the situation was and what needed to be done. This could have been a nightmare, but through his diligence they were able to narrow down what and where the problem was. The job was completed successfully and Steven and his helpers were persistent in getting the job done right. Upon completion, even with the digging that had to be done, my yard look like it did before the project was started. Thank you Steven and your helpers for your patience and hard work. I would (and do) recommend Earl's to any of my neighbors who asked who did this job for me.
