    The service technician came out within an hour of my phone call. Luke was knowledgeable and courteous. Norma was very courteous and called me to tell me exactly when they would be arriving.

    Stephen came to inspect our heater and help diagnose the problems we were having with it. I believe he did a thorough job looking for answers to our problem, and helping guide us to an affordable solution. He was a very nice young man (boy that makes me sound old), with a comfortable air about him. After he was finished, he was very sweet to take time to listen to my dad talk about my mom, who passed away last month, and their 70 years together. I must say, we were very pleased and impressed with your company and your employee.
