She was incredibly organized, helpful and patient throughout. The job involved every part of my home and all of the contents, so it was a huge undertaking. Robert and his crew conducted all of the routine cleaning, and 911 also made the arrangements for the specialty items, such as art, attic insulation, and piano. On top of all this, Violet worked with my insurance company to ensure a fair resolution of my claim.
