  Had a shock at first with the pricing but was able to compromise on the best price for us. Our water heater was replaced and new one was installed in 3 hours. Daniel was very nice and professional we really liked him. Was very accommodating and efficient. Would completely recommend The water heater company we had a great experience. Kim T

  We recently had The Water heater Company out to address a problem we were having with our tankless water heater. Jake Q came out and did a very thorough investigation and presented us with a couple of options. We decided to go with a new tankless water heater which he was able to install in one day. Jake was very knowledgeable and very curious. We were very happy with the Water heater Company.

  If you don't have something, nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all. But I can't help myself because my experience left such bad taste in my mouth. Our water heater was under warranty and we found this company on the equipment's website. We scheduled an appointment and we're given the same day service. The parts were covered under the warranty, yet, we still had to pay $635 for labor and I was told it was including $100 warranty processing fee. I was also quoted approximately $1,100 additionally, because my water heater was not up to code. I decided only to go with the repair because the warranty is up next year. When I replace the water heater I will make sure it is up to code next time. The salesperson/repairman stated that that was what he was going to suggest, which I don't believe or he would have not quoted me the $1,100. This water heater was installed in 2020 for $1,400 by my plumber who has retired. I asked the water heater company how much it would cost for a new water heater and I was quoted $3,500. My neighbor just replaced hers September 2025 for $1,900 with a very reputable local plumbing company. The Water Heater Company is too expensive, and I do not appreciate their sales tactics. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I thought it would be better to go with the specialized company rather than a plumbing company, but I was wrong.

  We made a morning appointment with an 8am to 11 am window. Mike P. and an associate arrived soon after 8:00 am. Our heater was comprehensively assessed and an estimate provided. Mike is very personable. He listened attentively and answered our questions/concerns in a clear and patient manner. We gave our approval with work initiated and completed the same day. The work area was left neat and clean. We highly recommend The Water Heater Company located in Camarillo.

  Mike was super patient, kind and helpful as he explained what a mess of a failed water heater situation we ended up in. His extensive knowledge and willingness to speak with our home warranty provider (only to find out they wouldn’t cover it), gave me full confidence that he and the company only had our best interest in mind. I can really tell that he has many years of water heater experience under his belt, based on his ability to answer all my questions and clearly articulate the issues in layman’s terms. The workmanship was immaculate. Even my nit picky husband was wowed at how tidy and secure the area looked with our new set up. Mike took the time to educate our neighbors on how to prevent the same issues from happening at their house. I will be recommending THE Water Heater Company to all my friends and family. You have a customer for life!
