  The day our kitchen remodel began, our tankless water decided to give us problems. Already stressed, I found The Water Heater Co from the manufacturer website, listing them as an authorized dealer/repair company. I called them and they had 2 technicians, Mike and Travis out to my home within 1 hour. Immediately, they let me know my tankless heater was not installed correctly or to code. Because of that, over the past 8 years, it was compromised and that was why I was receiving error codes. We discussed options for repairing and bringing my unit to code, but in the end my husband and I decided to install a new larger unit, instead of band-aiding what we had. They worked with us and gave us a discount that we felt was good. They also guaranteed it would be completed in one day, so that we would not be out of hot water. Travis and Mike were polite and did an exceptional job in explaining everything that would need to be completed. They handled permits, a separate gas line, venting to the roof and an entire new unit in one day. I felt bad, they worked all day, including emptying a storage closet in my garage to run the gas line. Both technicians worked until 9pm even though my husband and I reassured them they could return the next day to complete that job. They both stated they promised they would finish the job in one. Even though it was late in the evening, Mike and Travis still put everything back into my storage closet, even though my husband and I told them we would do it. AND they cleaned up too. This company will be my go to for anything water heater related.

  If you need a good plumber for your water heater, don’t wait and call them!! I called them, the very next day Sean came out and diagnosed the problems. I waited a week, Marc then came out and completely rebuilt my entire unit! Both men were simply amazing, knowledgeable, and put my worries to ease. I’m extremely grateful that I found a company with employees that I trust!!!

  Came home from a terrific cruise only to find a large puddle in the garage and a leaking water heater. Did some research and called The WaterHeater Company and luckily they were able to send someone the next morning. Thomas B. arrived and brought with him a very upbeat, professional attitude. Thomas inspected the leaking water heater and quickly provided my options for a replacement. We agreed on the price and he went right to work. In a matter of a few hours I had my new 75 gallon Bradford White water heater installed and ready to go. Thomas did a professional job, explained the operation of the new water heater to me, checked for air in the lines and left the area cleaned up. Very happy with his attitude and work!

  This my my second time using The Water Heater Company, and I continue to be very pleased with their service. On this occasion, Justin installed a recirculation pump to speed up hot water getting to some location in our house. He arrived promptly and started by asking questions to make sure the pump was what I needed. I really appreciated his clear explanation of what he was thinking at each step of the process. Justin answered my questions in an equally clear manner, gave me choices, and made understandable recommendations. When he needed an additional part, he spent the time to shop for it at no extra charge. When he discovered that he needed an electrical outlet with 3 prongs rather than the 2-prong outlet available, he did have to charge for that but negotiated with his boss for a discounted price. With these additional snags, Justin was clearly spending more time here than he expected for his last job of the day, but he continued to be thorough and diligent and expressed no frustration. As with the last job done for me by this company, I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and concern for safety. Justin exceeded my expectations in every way.

  My water heater failed Sunday morning, and of course it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. After calling around, The Water Heater Company was the first company that actually answered their phone — that alone impressed me. Derrick K. arrived within an hour and had everything diagnosed and repaired quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what happened and provide practical recommendations without any pressure. What really stood out was that he fully tested everything before leaving to make sure the system was operating properly. No shortcuts, no rushing — just solid, dependable service.
