Their service, quality and professionalism was top notch. Most important they delivered and install on the promised date and installers were also the best.

When it comes to placing the order and getting paid the sales rep is very helpful and attentive but when it's time for delivery and actual assistance they are no where to be found. When I was placing my order the sales rep Ralph said to me that his customers wife's are so annoying. I did not understand what he fully meant til now! Maybe if he answered his phone we wouldn't be annoying. Maybe if he was truthful and not make up lies we wouldn't have to chase him. Customer service should be top priority save yourselves the headache and go order from somewhere else.
