He told me I needed to replace all of the units in my house and that they were $350 apiece without even checking the others I had my friend come over and it turned out. It was just batteries. We replaced the batteries in three units downstairs and everything is fine. He was very upset that I wasn’t buying from him and also took the units out of the ceilings and did not put them back. I would not use this company.

After the replacement occurred they then came back and said no that won’t fix the issue and tried to sell another part that needs to be fixed. We turned this down, since they had told us the original part would fix the system. We disputed the original 2800 and told them to come take the part back if it wasn’t going to fix the system as originally discussed. Since they had our credit card on file they then without notice charged us 5k for no reason at all don’t give them your credit card info
- RTRi TaDec 29, 20252.0TLDR: Giving two stars for the responsive and helpful admin staff Lulu and Lauren but I wouldn't recommend the plumbing services. Also after you complete a service they direct you to Google reviews and that's intentional because the Yelp reviews are abysmal. We needed a plumbing repair Tracy came out same day and replaced an angle stop and supply line. It started leaking at the site of repair a few hours later, I will be calling service Lion to give them a chance to repair the error and will update my review accordingly. Update: the plumber did not tighten the fixture enough. Tracy came back, tightened the everything and replaced the other valve it was ~ $500 total. Edit: after two repeat visits now the Ujoint is leaking which wasn't a problem we encountered in the past. Plumbers are saying it was how the sink was originally installed but there was no problem with the ujoint until the tech tried to repair the angle valve.
